Good old Iowa weather!!!
Yesterday afternoon the wind picked up
preceding the predicted snow. The pole between us and Nora, with the transformer on it, tipped and fell into our tree. So we called the appropriate people and it was propped up to get us going again by the time I got back home from Relay for Life, Church, and a program after. ( on descendants of the original members of St. Joseph's) Pop did get to the races but it was called early due to rain._______The snow picture was taken this a.m. And it is still snowing. The band of snow on the radar doesn't look too wide, but the weather people say it isn't moving. The Jim Gingery services for tonight and Monday have all been postponed one day. That will help the travelers immensely.
