Rectory

Ready for demolition.  It hasn't been lived in for over a year.  They were ready to start tearing down, but the gas hadn't been removed yet, so waiting for the power company to do their thing.  Woodwork and etc has been taken.  Looks nice and straight here, but looks are deceiving.  Big houses like this aren't needed for Priests now.  They don't need rooms for housekeeper and bishop visits and so forth anymore. It would have cost far more to get it liveable, than it would be worth.   This house is around 100 years old and from the way it has settled and the height of the lot, Jerry bets dirt was piled there, when the church was built, and the house built on top of the pile.
