First School Picture for 2013-24

Calvin. Ok, now we need Joan's girls and Liz and Matt should take some too.  I'm always happy to see big smiles.  Especially when front teeth are missing or braces have been add or removed.  If you enlarge this, you will see the braces are black and gold.  Figures for Calvin, the Iowa fan.  He needs to give a copy to his dentist.  (And I did this scan on our new printer.  It worked wonderfully.)

Final Football Game for 2013

 The last 9th grade game of the year at St. Edmund's in Fort Dodge.  Lost 33 - 0.

Different coaches.  The regular coach was ill and the coach that had taken over when the regular coach had conferences had to practice the varsity.  (They won that one.)

Wish this would have been a clearer picture, but lots of zoom used.  (Couldn't embarrass the kid and go get a close-up.)

So one of the volunteer coaches and another took over. 

Touchdown

This was taken by a friend at Thurs. nights game.  The 9th grad team plus 5 JV players.  Calvin caught a pass either in the endzone or close enough he got there-we were up in the stands and didn't have the best view.  He played a little JV in their game Tues.  The last 9th grade game is this next Thurs.  They won 30-15.  They were behind at the half and looked like a different team the second half. 

Fall Baseball

Today was the last day for the fall league in Fort Dodge.  Calvin's team finished with a 20-4 win.
