Football 2013

Freshman football has started.  We were going to skip last night scrimmage in Panora, but as Teresa and Dave were unavailable to go, we were happy to go. Calvin is #45.  This scrimmage was for Varsity to play the first half and then VJ and ninth.  At the start of second half many of the seniors that hadn't played much yet got to play, so it wasn't true JV.  Later the freshmen got mixed in.  Calvin got in on quite a few plays.  He should have been satisfied.  (Dave's Mother died  in her sleep and Dave found her yesterday morning.  Calvin wanted to go to the scrimmage.  Of course I was ready to go.  We were afraid it would really be hot, but it was a real nice night to sit out and watch.)
