Wednesday, since the wind refused to blow and send all our leaves to the neighbors, Jerry got the mower out and mulched leaves in the front yard. It chopped them up well and will save a lot of raking. The maples at Nora's haven't lost their leaves yet, so can't get too busy raking! _________________
Last night our Rams lost a hard fought game to Ballard in overtime. Hilary made it home from college for a visit and most of the game. Everyone was glad to see her. Calvin spotted her in the stands and grinned all the way, as he hurried up to give her a big hug. He has a football game tomorrow in Ames. Our warming trend should have improved the weather by then.

More Fun Than Raking
